Since 1999, P+S Technik has developed and manufactured products in the DIGITAL CINEMATOGRAPHY area, an area that, through the strong spread of the HDTV, has become very significant. In 2000 we received the innovation prize at NAB 2000 for our MINI35 Image Converter. This was the start of the new very successful Digital Film product line called 35Digital ( Brand name). In 2002/2003 we released the PRO35 Image Converter onto the world market. In the short time that this converter has been on the world market, it is remarkable how large a mark it has made in the Digital Cinematography world.
With the introduction of the SKATER Mini camera dolly, started with a new product into a new field. The SKATER was the developped following an idea of Director/DoP Sebastian Cramer and won already the CINEC Award for Innovations at the show in 2004.

P+S Technik has already received numerous awards, especially Cinec
awards for the MINI35 Image Converter and the T-REX Multidirectional
Lens. Another award given to P+S Technik was the
“eyecatcher” in IBC 2004 – this was given for the
remarkable Optical Video Finder created solely by P+S Technik.
At the last Cinec, held in 2004 in Munich, P+S TECHNIK presented the
SKATER Mini Camera Dolly, which is the lowest camera tracking device
available and was rewarded, once again, with the Cinec award.
